India operations

Manages correspondence by answering HR
related mail and emails
·
On-boarding briefing and paper work for all
new employees in India and US – Full Time and Contractors
·
On-boarding all new employees in India and US
– Full Time and Contractors
·
Maintaining physical and digital personnel
records Such as employment contracts
·
Timesheet Management, Vendor management and
co-ordination with accounts team during payroll.
·
Complete the exit Interviews for all employees
leaving the organization and manage asset Inventory.
·
Seek help of India Leadership Team as and
when required for HR tasks.
·
Look for guidance from local Leadership
·
Perform other duties and projects as
assigned.

Profile
·
Minimum 5+ years of extensive experience is
desired.
·
Candidate should have versatile experience in
US and India HR activities
·
Should have experience in HR related communications
·
Good
communication skills written and verbal is expected
·
Should be able to provide admin support to management.
