Job Title: Ruby on Rails Full Stack Developer

Location:  Bangalore (Hybrid / Remote)

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Job Description:

·       We are looking for a talented Ruby on Rails Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable enterprise and SaaS web applications.

·       The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, CSS/Less, Sphinx, Redis, Haml, and RSpec, along with a solid understanding of database performance optimization and query tuning in MySQL.

·       You will be responsible for end-to-end development, performance optimization, and integrating modern DevOps practices.

Key Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·       3–6 years of experience in Ruby on Rails full-stack development.

·       Proven experience in database optimization, relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora) and NoSQL (Cassandra) systems.

·       Experience contributing to Rails Core, jQuery, or maintaining Ruby Gems / Rails plugins.

·       Expertise in Performance Optimization, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD tooling.
