We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IBM
FileNet Developer to join our team who has a strong background in
developing and supporting enterprise content management solutions using IBM
FileNet technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design,
develop, and maintain enterprise-level solutions using IBM FileNet P8,
Content Engine (CE), Process Engine (PE), and Case
Manager/Content Navigator.
- Analyze
business requirements and transform them into scalable FileNet solutions.
- Configure
and customize FileNet components, including workflow definitions,
security, and metadata.
- Integrate
FileNet with external systems and enterprise applications (e.g., via
REST/SOAP APIs).
- Troubleshoot
and resolve FileNet system issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Work
closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, testers,
and infrastructure teams.
- Provide
technical documentation and user support during all project phases.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+
years of hands-on development and support experience in IBM FileNet
P8 platform.
- Expertise
in FileNet Content Engine, Process Engine, Case Manager,
and Content Navigator.
- Experience
with IBM FileNet APIs (Java APIs, Web Services).
- Proficient
in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, and SQL.
- Strong
understanding of Document Management Systems (DMS) and workflow
automation.
- Experience
in deployment and migration of FileNet applications across environments.
- Familiarity
with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written.
- IBM
FileNet Certification (Developer/Administrator – a plus)
- Exposure
to Agile project environments
