Salesforce LWC Developer / PAN India / Remote

We are looking for a Skilled Salesforce LWC Developer with hands-on experience designing and developing robust solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform. This role requires deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and front-end web technologies, as well as strong integration experience using APIs and web services.

 

As part of a high-performing Salesforce development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Salesforce applications that align with evolving business requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Configure and integrate APIs and Web Services (SOAP/REST) to connect Salesforce with external systems.
  • Perform hands-on coding, debugging, and maintenance of existing Salesforce codebase.
  • Contribute to front-end development using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, ensuring responsive and intuitive UI experiences.
  • Participate in the design and redesign of custom objects, workflows, triggers, and other Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builders).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively in both new and legacy code environments.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging tools, and industry trends to continuously improve solution delivery.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on development and configuration experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Communities.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, SOAP, REST, and WSDL.
  • Experience working with Salesforce automation tools such as Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
  • Platform Developer II certification is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize code.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
