Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Senior Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading
the development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring
scalable and high-performance implementations.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement advanced
Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business needs.
·
Lead Salesforce LWC development efforts,
including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and
deployment.
·
Develop and maintain custom Apex classes,
triggers, and Visualforce pages when necessary.
·
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators,
Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the development aligns with
business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
·
Optimize performance of the Lightning Web
Components and ensure they are scalable and maintainable.
·
Participate in code reviews to ensure best
practices are being followed and technical debt is minimized.
·
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior
developers.
·
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and
bugs as they arise.
·
Stay current on Salesforce platform releases,
features, and best practices to continuously improve development efficiency.
·
Contribute to integration efforts with other
systems using APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and middleware.
·
Develop custom applications and solutions using
Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.) and programmatic
tools.
Skills & Qualifications:
· 6+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
· Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Object Model.
· Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
· Solid understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, and field-level security.
· Experience with Salesforce API Integration (REST/SOAP/Batch).
· Strong experience in Version Control Systems (e.g., Git).
· Experience with Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud is a plus.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
· Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and Salesforce JavaScript Developer I are highly preferred.
