Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer / Lead Developer to join our Clients Projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5+ years of experience in Salesforce and Vlocity applications, with a proven history of delivering successful implementations in various industries, particularly in telecommunications, healthcare, or insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Vlocity solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure Vlocity applications and customize Salesforce components, including data models, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures.
• Conduct thorough functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide technical training and support to end-users, enabling them to effectively use Vlocity solutions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal functionality of Vlocity applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Salesforce Vlocity; share knowledge and insights with the team.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Vlocity solutions within overall Salesforce architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development/administration with a focus on Vlocity.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, processes, and best practices.
• Experience working with Vlocity Industries’ tools, including OmniStudio, Vlocity Admin, and DataRaptor.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and understanding of middleware solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
