We are seeking an experienced SFMC Certified Pardot Specialist to join our marketing automation team. As a Pardot Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing our Pardot instance to align with our marketing strategies. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create personalized customer journeys, automate marketing campaigns, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our Pardot instance, including setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Design and implement marketing automation campaigns across email, social media, and other channels
- Develop and maintain Pardot assets, including email templates, landing pages, and forms
- Integrate Pardot with Salesforce CRM and other marketing tools
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Pardot strategies with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pardot features and best practices
Requirements:
- SFMC Certified Pardot Specialist certification
- 2+ years of experience with Pardot and marketing automation
- Strong understanding of marketing automation strategies and best practices
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and integration with Pardot
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other Salesforce Marketing Cloud products (e.g. Email Studio, Mobile Studio)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with data management and segmentation
- Certification in other Salesforce products (e.g. Administrator, Developer)
