Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Certified SFMC Architect to lead the design and implementation of our marketing cloud solutions. As an SFMC Architect, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our marketing cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SFMC with other systems, optimize data management, and enable personalized customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SFMC solutions, Pardot including data management, segmentation, and personalization
- Develop and maintain our marketing cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Integrate SFMC with other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and custom applications
- Optimize data management, including data quality, governance, and privacy
- Enable personalized customer experiences across channels, including email, mobile, and web
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SFMC features, best practices, and industry trends
- Lead the development of technical documentation, training, and support materials
Requirements:
- Certified SFMC Architect certification
- 5+ years of experience with SFMC, including data management, segmentation, and personalization
- Strong understanding of marketing cloud architecture, data modeling, and system integration
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and other marketing tools
- Excellent technical skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other Salesforce products (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Certification in other Salesforce products (e.g. Administrator, Developer)
- Experience with Agile project methodologies
