Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Experience - 3 - 5 years
Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Job Type: Full-time / Contract 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing automation strategies using SFMC
2. Design and implement email, mobile, and social media campaigns
3. Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder
4. Create and manage segments, data extensions, and contact lists
5. Configure and troubleshoot SFMC integrations (e.g., CRM, Service Cloud)
6. Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, customer success)
8. Stay up-to-date with SFMC best practices and new features
