Salesforce Technical Lead / PAN India / Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Technical Lead. This role will be responsible for leading Salesforce solution design, development, and delivery across multiple clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and front-end components like Aura and LWC. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to drive scalable and innovative Salesforce implementations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
  • Build dynamic and responsive interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including system architecture and data models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project delivery and solution quality
  • Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, coding standards, and data security
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
  • Provide technical leadership on Salesforce platform enhancements, releases, and governance


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years’ experience in Experience / Community Cloud.
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
  • Strong development experience with LWC, Aura Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Design System (SLDS)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and best practices


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with multi-org environments or large-scale enterprise deployments
