Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical
Lead with strong expertise in IBM Sterling Commerce (Order Management)
and CPQ (Configure Price Quote) implementation. The ideal candidate will
lead solution design, development, and integration efforts for enterprise
supply chain/order management systems and CPQ solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
end-to-end design, development, and implementation of IBM Sterling OMS
solutions
- Architect
and configure CPQ modules and integrate with Sterling and backend systems
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution
architects, and QA
- Drive
requirement gathering, technical workshops, and documentation
- Ensure
optimal system performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Mentor
junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices
- Manage
stakeholder expectations, timelines, and risk escalations
- 8+
years in IBM Sterling Commerce OMS
- Strong
hands-on expertise in CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, Oracle
CPQ – any accepted)
- Experience
in Sterling API customizations, order orchestration, and fulfilment
- Proven
ability to lead teams, provide technical mentorship, and manage
deliverables
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
