Job Description
5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce
development, with a strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
Expertise in customizing and developing solutions using Apex,
Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
Proven ability to implement and configure complex Service
Cloud features, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Salesforce
Knowledge.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, utilizing
REST/SOAP APIs to connect with external systems.
Skilled in declarative development, including Flow, Process
Builder, and advanced custom object configuration.
Immediate joiner with a strong understanding of agile
methodologies and best practices for code quality and deployment.
