We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL). The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver, ready to hit the ground running as an immediate joiner.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce platform with a minimum of 3 years of extensive, hands-on development experience within Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Technical Acumen: Proven expertise in developing and deploying custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder, with a strong emphasis on scalable and maintainable code.
FSL Specialization: Deep functional and technical knowledge of the FSL data model, including core objects like Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, and Service Territories, and a track record of configuring and customizing the Dispatcher Console.
Integrations & APIs: Solid experience in designing and implementing complex integrations between FSL and external systems using both REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Mobile & Usability: Skilled in customizing the FSL mobile app to meet business requirements, enhance user experience, and ensure offline functionality for field technicians.
Collaboration & Agility: A proactive team player with excellent communication skills, experienced in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and capable of providing technical guidance and mentorship.
