We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pardot Architect to lead end-to-end Pardot projects with full ownership of delivery and client engagement. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage client communications, and drive project execution with accountability and precision.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients, managing expectations and building strong customer relationships.

Conduct requirement gathering sessions directly with business stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

Lead daily task allocation and monitor deliverables for the development team, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Take full ownership of weekly client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and project milestones.

Build and mentor Pardot teams, fostering competency and readiness for complex implementations.

Deliver scalable solutions using Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce platform integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Architects, BAs, and QA to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:

10+ years of IT experience which includes 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Automation experience with a strong focus on Pardot (Account Engagement).

Hands-on expertise in Pardot configuration, automation rules, engagement studio, and integrations.

Multiple Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (highly preferred).

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.

Experience in team building, mentoring, and leadership in a consulting or delivery environment.

Proven ability to handle high-responsibility client-facing roles with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Must be willing to work in EST hours to support North American clients.
