We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Recruitment and Staffing division in Bangalore. This is a key role for an individual with a passion for client engagement, talent acquisition, and strategic growth within the IT services domain.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in business development, specifically handling clients in the Indian market.
- Domain Expertise: Proven background in IT recruitment, permanent hiring (FTE), contract staffing, and project-based staffing.
- Experience in working with product and/or service-based companies.
- Client Acquisition: Demonstrated success in new client acquisition, account growth, and business expansion.
- Relationship Management:
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and client influencers.
- Continuous engagement to nurture accounts and generate repeat business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of responsibility for acquiring new clients ("new logos") and expanding existing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to understand client requirements and ensure successful placement of qualified IT consultants.
- Screen and assess experienced IT professionals to meet client specifications.
- Conduct effective rate negotiations and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, driving consistent results and client satisfaction.
