We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to drive top-of-funnel activity for our service offerings across Salesforce, Cybersecurity, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and AI/ML solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who understands the nuances of B2B technology sales, excels in targeted outreach, and has a knack for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying high-potential leads in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute lead generation strategies for Salesforce consulting, Cybersecurity solutions, web/app development, digital marketing services, and AI offerings.
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns, lead databases, and B2B platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects from target industries and geographies (USA, UK, EMEA, APAC).
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to tailor messaging and offers to different buyer personas.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team by effectively pitching services and value propositions.
- Use CRM tools to track, report, and analyze lead conversion performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to fine-tune outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in IT services or B2B tech environments.
- Strong domain familiarity with:
- Salesforce ecosystem (consulting, implementation, managed services)
- Cybersecurity solutions (network security, compliance, risk management)
- Web & mobile development (custom builds, CMS, APIs)
- Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, content, social)
- AI/ML Services (automation, predictive analytics, GenAI)
- Proven track record of delivering qualified B2B leads that convert into opportunities.
- Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Salesforce partners, MSPs, or digital agencies.
- Familiarity with lead scoring, nurturing funnels, and marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of buyer psychology, industry segmentation, and outreach personalization strategies.
