We are looking for a highly focused IT Recruiter with deep expertise in sourcing and placing top-tier talent in Salesforce, Web Technologies, Cybersecurity, and AI domains. This role is critical for fulfilling contract positions for both in-house and external clients, with a clear emphasis on identifying high-impact professionals who bring immediate value and can act as game changers within client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for contract roles across in-demand technology stacks: Salesforce, modern Web frameworks, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Work closely with delivery teams and hiring managers to understand client requirements and role nuances.
- Strategically source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Identify and attract high-potential candidates who demonstrate strong domain expertise, cultural alignment, and delivery mindset.
- Drive value-added recruitment by assessing candidates beyond technical skills—including leadership potential, adaptability, and business acumen.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates and internal/external stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle.
- Manage offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and post-placement engagement.
- Maintain strong talent pipelines and market intelligence for future hiring needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in IT staffing, with proven success in contract placements.
- Specialized knowledge of Salesforce roles (admin/dev/architect), full-stack and front-end web tech, security analysts/engineers, and AI/ML profiles.
- Excellent sourcing techniques using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and GitHub.
- Strong judgment in evaluating not just skill match, but cultural and strategic fit.
- Experience working in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments with multiple concurrent requisitions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior recruitment experience for enterprise or high-growth clients in BFSI, Healthcare, or SaaS industries.
- Understanding of compliance and work authorization requirements in the US/India/EMEA regions (as applicable).
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
