Salesforce Senior Business Analyst / USA / India / Remote

We are looking for a Seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong functional understanding of Salesforce platforms and proven expertise in client engagement, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team coordination. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can independently manage client interactions, lead requirement discovery, facilitate training and demos, and provide continuous project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to elicit, understand, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
  • Translate functional requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and solution design documents for developers and testers.
  • Conduct product demos and prototype walkthroughs for client stakeholders to validate business alignment.
  • Provide hands-on training sessions and enablement workshops for client teams on Salesforce modules and custom functionalities.
  • Serve as the liaison between client stakeholders, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure solution accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Host and lead weekly project status meetings and presentations for both internal and client-side stakeholders.
  • Ensure requirements traceability through the SDLC and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
  • Work independently when required, making informed decisions and escalating only when necessary.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in mid to large-scale CRM projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects/processes.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead demos, training, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Ability to work with technical teams to convey functional needs and ensure technical alignment.
  • Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud.
  • Previous experience with testing tools or UAT coordination.
