We are looking for a Seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong functional understanding of Salesforce platforms and proven expertise in client engagement, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team coordination. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can independently manage client interactions, lead requirement discovery, facilitate training and demos, and provide continuous project updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to elicit, understand, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and solution design documents for developers and testers.
- Conduct product demos and prototype walkthroughs for client stakeholders to validate business alignment.
- Provide hands-on training sessions and enablement workshops for client teams on Salesforce modules and custom functionalities.
- Serve as the liaison between client stakeholders, developers, testers, and project managers to ensure solution accuracy and timely delivery.
- Host and lead weekly project status meetings and presentations for both internal and client-side stakeholders.
- Ensure requirements traceability through the SDLC and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
- Work independently when required, making informed decisions and escalating only when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in mid to large-scale CRM projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects/processes.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead demos, training, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ability to work with technical teams to convey functional needs and ensure technical alignment.
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Community/Experience Cloud.
- Previous experience with testing tools or UAT coordination.
