Salesforce Solution Architect / USA / India / Remote

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect with over 10+ years of comprehensive experience in Salesforce ecosystems, specializing in end-to-end solutioningcustomer-facing engagements, and pre-sales strategy. This individual will play a pivotal role in RFP responses, proposals, bidding, and deal closures—ensuring scalable, innovative, and value-driven Salesforce solutions tailored to client business needs.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Engagement & Leadership:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and CXOs on Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements and align expectations.
  • Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions and architectures.


Solution Architecture:

  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and custom apps.
  • Define architecture blueprints, data models, integrations (REST/SOAP), and third-party platform alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and platform limits.

 

Pre-Sales & Proposal Management:

  • Drive the technical response to RFPs/RFIs, including solution design, scoping, and effort estimation.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Own the technical portion of bid responses and pricing models, supporting strategic decisions.

 

Deal Closure Support:

  • Lead technical demonstrations, PoCs, and client presentations.
  • Address objections, risks, and concerns with confidence and expertise.
  • Support negotiations and contract finalization from a technical perspective.

 

Team Collaboration & Governance:

  • Mentor junior architects and consultants on solutioning approaches and delivery standards.
  • Contribute to internal Salesforce CoE initiatives, reusable assets, and innovation programs.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security policies.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with at least 3 years in Solution Architect or Pre-Sales roles.
  • Deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations (MuleSoft, APIs, middleware).
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated success in responding to RFPs, creating winning proposals, and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, CTA prep, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery models and tools like Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ISV/AppExchange solutions, Salesforce AI (Einstein), and Data Cloud a plus.
  • Background in industries like BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Media & Communications, Edtech, Real Estate, Professional Services or Tech.
  • Global delivery exposure, including onshore-offshore collaboration.
