Salesforce Developer Intern – What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with Salesforce technologies and contribute to real-world business solutions in a collaborative environment.
Key Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Solid understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud fundamentals.
- Ability to customize Salesforce objects, including fields, page layouts, record types, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards.
- Support in designing and developing innovative solutions to replace or enhance existing manual processes within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security features such as user roles, profiles, sharing rules, content access, and permissions.
- Assist in managing operational support tasks, including resolving system issues and fulfilling configuration requests.
- Contribute to maintaining clear documentation on configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Support the creation of workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields, and escalation rules to enhance platform functionality.
- Participate in user training sessions, presenting changes and enhancements to end-users across different departments.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the Salesforce CRM ecosystem, either through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a strong advantage.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, real-world environment.
