Salesforce Technical Architect / PAN India

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud), cloud-native architecture, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.


As a trusted customer advisor and technical leader, you will drive architecture design, platform governance, and engineering best practices—ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across a global enterprise environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal stakeholders—including Business Leaders, Enterprise Architects, and Engineering teams—on architectural decisions, governance, and platform scalability.
  • Lead the architecture, planning, and delivery of high-impact Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on security, performance, and user experience.
  • Guide and oversee the setup of Salesforce teams and frameworks to support technology transformations and cloud migrations.
  • Formulate long-term strategies for practice growth, innovation, and adoption of enabling technologies including Force.com, Lightning Platform, and Marketing Cloud integrations.
  • Establish and enforce standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns to ensure consistency and quality across all Salesforce initiatives.
  • Take end-to-end ownership and accountability for deliverables—ensuring high quality, user-centric solutions.
  • Define and implement engineering processes and team structures for stable and reliable release cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with organizational leadership to align technical delivery with business objectives.
  • Act as a thought leader and team mentor, inspiring innovation and collective problem-solving across technical teams.


Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience implementing and architecting Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and niche clouds (e.g., Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud).
  • 5+ years in a technical leadership role within large, enterprise-scale technology environments.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloudcustom integrations, and ETL platforms such as Informatica IICS.
  • Experience designing solutions using cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and databases like MySQL/Postgres.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services including RDS, S3, and DynamoDB.
  • Proven track record in scaling enterprise services in public cloud environments.
  • Exceptional ability to balance technical detail with a big-picture perspective.
  • Experience building, managing, and mentoring technical teams, with a strong focus on delivery excellence and team cohesion.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to arbitrate technical discussions and guide stakeholders toward consensus.
