Client-Based Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our client’s dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, hands-on development experience, and a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing new features, enhancing existing functionalities, and building robust applications. You will also take ownership of complex integrations and development tasks within an established platform architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an individual contributor, responsible for the design, development, and implementation of scalable web solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
- Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation to support ongoing development and production support.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, debugging, RCA, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
- Proactively identify and fix bugs, and work to optimize application performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development.
- Strong expertise in AngularJS 1.X is a must.
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Java, Spring, Hibernate
- Node.js, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX
- Prior experience working within an offshore delivery model.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential.
