Salesforce Senior Developer - Sales Engagement / USA / India / Remote

We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer with deep expertise in Sales Engagement (formerly High Velocity Sales) to lead implementation projects, develop scalable solutions, and enable client success through hands-on training and monitoring support. The ideal candidate will not only design and deploy technical solutions but also empower end users and administrators to effectively leverage Sales Engagement tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Sales Engagement including setup of cadences, work queues, Einstein Activity Capture, and email integration.
  • Customize and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Configure sales productivity tools and automation features, including auto-assignmentstask automation, and email templates.
  • Educate customers on using Sales Engagement effectively including training on cadence monitoring, usage analytics, and user adoption.
  • Provide technical mentoring to junior developers and serve as the subject matter expert for Sales Engagement.
  • Conduct UAT sessions, post-deployment support, and system performance optimization.
  • Maintain documentation and deliver customer-facing enablement resources such as quick reference guides and live walkthroughs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a minimum of 1+ year hands-on in Sales Engagement / High Velocity Sales.
  • Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, REST APIs, and Salesforce DX.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales CloudEinstein Activity Capture, and engagement analytics.
  • Experience with Lightning App Builder, email integration, and sales cadence configurations.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and training frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills for enablement and support.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Sales Cloud Consultant and Platform Developer II preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B sales process design and performance metrics tracking.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, Inbox, or 3rd-party engagement tools.
  • Agile/Scrum environment experience.
