We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Bench Sales Manager with over 15 years in US IT Staffing and a proven track record of strong relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and system integrators. The ideal candidate is an aggressive, result-driven sales leader with the ability to market and place candidates across technologies with minimal turnaround time (TAT). This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end bench sales strategy, including candidate profiling, marketing, and placement across contract and full-time roles.
- Maintain and grow a network of direct client relationships and implementation partners in the U.S. market.
- Expertly market candidates on various platforms including Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and via vendor networks.
- Identify hot skills in the market and align internal bench talent with high-demand opportunities.
- Achieve quick placements with reduced TAT by leveraging deep market intelligence and strong client connects.
- Negotiate rate structures, manage submissions, and close candidates on offers.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior bench sales recruiters when required.
- Track all activity using CRM and report weekly performance metrics to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 15+ years of bench sales experience in the US staffing industry.
- Extensive network of active hiring contacts at direct clients, vendors, and MSPs.
- Proven ability to close placements across a wide range of IT skill sets (Salesforce, Java, Data, Cloud, QA, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in coordination with recruiting and delivery teams.
- Demonstrated performance in achieving aggressive targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to AI/ML, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, or niche tech talent.
- Prior experience leading or building a bench sales team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools.
