What’s Expected – HR & Admin Executive (India Operations)
We are seeking a resourceful and experienced HR & Admin professional to support our growing operations in India and the US. This role will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all HR and administrative matters related to India operations and will work closely with the leadership team to ensure a smooth and compliant employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for HR and Admin-related matters for India operations.
- Manage HR correspondence, including incoming HR-related emails and internal communications.
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires (Full-Time and Contractors) in India and the US, including documentation and induction.
- Maintain accurate personnel records—both physical and digital—such as employment contracts and policy acknowledgments.
- Coordinate timesheet tracking, vendor communications, and liaise with the accounts team during payroll cycles.
- Conduct exit interviews, oversee employee offboarding, and manage the company’s asset inventory.
- Collaborate with the India Leadership Team for escalations or complex HR-related tasks.
- Proactively seek guidance from local leadership when required.
- Support ad hoc administrative duties and HR-related projects as assigned.
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in an HR/Admin capacity.
- Proven experience managing HR activities across India and the US.
- Strong understanding of HR communications, policies, and documentation protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide efficient administrative support to the management team.
- Adaptable, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
