Business Development Manager - Salesforce Ecosystem / USA / India / Remote

We are seeking an accomplished and well-connected Salesforce Business Development Manager with 7+ years of proven experience driving revenue growth within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong network across USA, UK, EMEA, and APAC regions, and has a consistent track record of converting strategic relationships into revenue-generating opportunities.


This role is instrumental in expanding our global presence, building trusted partnerships, and closing high-value Salesforce deals across consulting, implementation, and managed services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue within the global Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Leverage existing relationships with Salesforce AEs, ISVs, System Integrators, and customers across key markets (USA, UK, EMEA, APAC) to generate leads and pipeline.
  • Identify, engage, and convert opportunities into long-term business deals, including new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting, proposal creation, and negotiation to closure and handoff to delivery teams.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects and pre-sales teams to craft winning proposals and value-driven solutions.
  • Represent the organization at Salesforce events, networking forums, and industry-specific conferences to build market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for business growth and differentiation.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within enterprise accounts.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or sales, focused on the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong network and credibility within the Salesforce partner community, ISVs, AEs, and consulting partners globally.
  • Proven track record of closing Salesforce-related deals across consulting, implementation, managed services, or product sales.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce product suite, licensing models, and partner program dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with Salesforce consulting or ISV partners.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Industry Clouds.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Accredited Sales Professional) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings or events.
