We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Salesforce Developer with at least 6+ years of hands-on experience to support and lead client projects remotely. This role requires not only strong technical expertise in Salesforce development but also exceptional communication, time management, and leadership skills to ensure consistent client satisfaction and project success.
You will be a key contributor and project lead, capable of independently managing your responsibilities while coordinating effectively with onsite stakeholders and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of assigned client projects, from requirement gathering to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in daily Scrum calls, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact directly with onsite stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builders, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proactively handle change requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous delivery within agreed timelines.
- Lead modules or full projects independently, displaying initiative, positive energy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure all work aligns with Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
- Strong experience in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Proven ability to manage remote client relationships, with excellent communication (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently for 8 hours/day, aligned with client time zones and priorities.
- Demonstrated success in leading projects/modules and acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for clients.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and daily sprint rituals.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Remote Work Expectations:
- Must have a reliable work setup with high-speed internet.
- Available for daily sync-ups, scrum calls, and client communication as per the project needs.
- Willingness to collaborate across time zones, if required.
